Email zy@zymgmtco.com for help with FLOCKYOU. Include the feature involved, your device model and iOS version, and the exact message shown in the app. Do not include passwords, precise location history, recovery codes, or payment-card information.
Location and alerts
Foreground location places you on the map and calculates nearby reported-camera distance. Background location is optional and is used only for device-managed proximity alerts, including while the app is closed or not in use. FLOCKYOU does not store a movement history.
If an alert toggle will not stay on, confirm that precise location, background or “Always” location, and notifications are allowed in device settings. You can continue using the map without background alerts.
Camera data
FLOCKYOU displays public reports and supported official public-camera sources. Reports may be incomplete, stale, duplicated, or inaccurate. The app does not generate simulated camera locations when a source is unavailable.
Accounts and deletion
Accounts are optional. In the app, open Settings, find Account, choose Delete account, and confirm the password.
Deleting a FLOCKYOU account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription or revoke a lifetime purchase. Manage store billing and restore access through the store that processed the purchase.
Premium purchases
Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices. Use Manage Purchase in FLOCKYOU or the App Store or Google Play settings to change or cancel a subscription. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Store billing records and refund decisions are controlled by the applicable store.
Privacy and safety
Read the Privacy Policy for data handling details and the Terms of Service for responsible-use and driving-safety rules. Do not interact with the app while driving.
